At the heart of Laura Zwynenburg’s work is a single, unwavering conviction: that every person deserves access to deep rest, energetic renewal, and the kind of healing that reaches beyond words. As the owner of Evolve-Z Yoga & More in Hudson Falls, New York, Laura has built a studio rooted in that belief — a welcoming space where the community is invited to slow down, tune in, and remember their own capacity for wholeness. Her sound healing practice is an extension of that same spirit of service: an offering given generously, with the intention of lifting others into greater ease, clarity, and well-being.

Laura’s relationship with sound healing began in 2013, when her first kirtan experience sparked something she has never been able to set down. That evening ignited a lasting connection with the didgeridoo, and she soon found herself drawn deeper into the world of sound — joining local drum circles, and developing her voice as a practitioner through flute, hand pan, and gong.

Her path took on new depth in 2016 when she began assisting a sound practitioner, moving from observer to active learner. She immersed herself in frequency-based healing modalities and, in 2022, graduated from formal Sound Healing Training, after which she established her private Sound Immersive Restorative practice. The years that followed brought continued mastery: in March 2024 she earned her Master Chakra Training certification, and in December 2025 she completed Tuning Fork Mastery — both through the Evolve-Love Sound Academy in Burlington, Vermont, under the guidance of Master Kirk Jones.

Laura is also a trained Reiki practitioner, weaving energetic support into her sound sessions to create an experience that addresses the whole person — body, mind, and auric field.

Laura’s signature offering is the Sound Immersive Restorative session: a deeply intentional experience in which participants are bathed in resonance from an instrument array that includes crystal and bronze healing-grade singing bowls, hand pan, indigenous flute, didgeridoo, harp, and gong. Guided meditation and Reiki are woven throughout, creating a multi-layered container for rest and restoration.

Her use of tuning forks — both weighted and unweighted — is a hallmark of her practice. Weighted forks are applied with gentle precision to support relaxation, physiological coherence, and the body’s innate healing response, while unweighted forks are used to clear energetic blockages and restore balance across the mental and auric fields.

Each session is crafted with care and held with warmth, creating the conditions for participants to let go of chronic stress and move into genuine restoration.

Evolve-Z Yoga & More serves as a home base for Laura’s group sound bath offerings. The Hudson Falls studio can accommodate private group sessions of up to 20 guests, making it an ideal setting for intimate wellness events, birthday celebrations, or community healing gatherings. These sessions draw on the full breadth of Laura’s instrument collection and may include Reiki alongside the immersive soundscape.

Laura brings sound healing directly to teams and organizations, traveling to client locations within approximately 35 miles of Hudson Falls. A sound immersive experience can be adapted to conference rooms, training spaces, or wellness lounges — requiring only open floor space and a willingness to exhale.
